4 TESTS AND 2 T20IS

India will take Australia on, in a Border Gavaskar Trophy four Test match cricket series and India vs Australia T20I Series in Australia from Dec 26 2011 - Feb 3 2012. India has not lost to Australia since the Sydney test in 2008, winning 5 and drawing 3 matches afterwards including two 2-0 series wins in India.
The India vs Australia series will be followed by a Tri-nation Commonwealth Bank Series, which includes Sri Lanka.

Favourites Lahore Badshahs lived up to their reputation and annexed the ICL Twenty20 League title after an easy eight-wicket win over Hyderabad Heroes in the third final on Sunday. Imran Nazir cracked a huge six to land the winning runs as Lahore won the best-of-three finals 2-1.
LB v HH, 3rd Final: Lahore Badshahs 160 for 2 (13.5 overs) beat Hyderabad Heroes 158 for 7 (20.0 overs) by 8 wickets

For the inaugural league four teams will be competing consisting of the 60 best players according to Cricket Kenya from Kenya.

The Champions Twenty20 League, formed with the official sanction of ICC will kick off in October 2008. Eight domestic teams from four nations will participate. Cricket Australia will partner the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and Cricket South Africa (CSA). The champion team in the Champions Twenty20 league will get US $5 million, which is the highest ever prize money for a cricket event.
